    Self-Love Flow is a mini-retreat to celebrate the coming of summer through yoga and coaching with a boost of self-love.

    The Self-Love Flow mini-retreat is all about reconnecting with your body from a foundation of self-worth and self-love that puts you in flow with the natural rhythms of life.

    In this 2-hour mini-retreat, you’ll get:

    • 30-min Self-Love Yoga Flow – This yoga flow will begin by bringing you into your body and filling it with love. And it is from this foundation of love that we will begin to explore movement that feels good, maybe even delicious in your body. This will be the kind of practice you will want to do again and again.
    • 30-min Self-Love Flow Coaching –  The Self-Love go with the flow coaching will allow you to see that there is a new way to live your life with simplicity and ease.  Challenging some of the beliefs show you that you are capable of so much more.  Essentially that it’s not your body that is stiff it’s your mind.  Coaching with me will allow you to be flexible in mind and body.  So that you can experience life from another perspective and enjoy this human experience. Cultivating self love for your body and life.  Living life from an inside out perspective. Getting to know who you really are and what you want from life.  
    • 30-min Restorative Yoga – This practice will allow everything you have experienced in the retreat to sink a little deeper into your consciousness as you and you body move into luxurious states of relaxation.
    • Q&A time with Krystal and Donna to give you personalized advice and tips on how to build self-love and flow in your life.
    • A recording of the event – so you can repeat the yoga sequence at any time or re-listen to the coaching to gain further insights.

    Hi, I’m Donna Noble, a Yoga specialist, unintentional  Body Positive Advocate and coach. My main goal is to allow individuals to see life from a different perspective and live their lives with simplicity and ease.   I take individuals on a journey of discovery of themselves.  Allowing them to come home to self allowing them to listen to their body and understand the many messages it receives in an informed and intuitive way.  Coaching with me will allow you to be flexible in mind and body.

    Hi, I’m Krystal Thompson, Yoga Therapist and Body Positive Advocate. I help people listen to their bodies and love their bodies through yoga because I believe that every body can do yoga and that every body deserves love and respect. Over the past 6 years I have helped people connect back to their center and get grounded in a healing and transformational practice of self-love.     What if I can’t make the event live?

    No problem. We will be sending out a recording afterwards to those who cannot make it live. You’ll get to re-watch it at your leisure forever and ever.

    Is this yoga sequence accessible for anyone?

    Absolutely. Krystal and Donna will be providing modifications for all bodies and experiences. And you don’t need to have all the fancy props to join us either.

     Yoga Therapy for your Back

    If you suffer from back pain or have recently injured your back this yoga therapy practice will help you to relieve back pain and tension, as well as help maintain and improve spinal mobility. We will focus on improving movement of your spine, as well as core and back strengthening.

    Yoga therapy is the application of yoga techniques and practices to help individuals achieve health and wellness at all levels: physical, psychological and spiritual. Yoga therapists are a part of your alternative health care team. You do not need to meet any requirement of fitness, age or health to start a yoga therapy program. We will also be using my new Yoga Therapy Balls to release fascia in new and therapeutic ways.

    2. Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra Workshop June 11

    Restorative yoga involves using props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps to support our bodies in the poses so that we may fully let go. This practice is designed to help people who are struggling with illness, injury, overwork and overwhelm. This practice will boost your immune system, relax your nervous system, lower stress, and improve sleep.

    After we are all in a deeply relaxed state you will be guided through a yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a form of deep relaxation that takes the mind into a state hovering between being awake and being asleep. It has been shown to relieve tension and anxiety, as well as alleviate insomnia. All bodies welcome! This is a body positive class and offered in an accessible space with an elevator.

    If you experience pain and stiffness in the hip joint this is the yoga therapy program for you. We will focus on moving and stretching the hip joint in all directions using standing poses and poses on the floor to help maintain and improve the health of your hips and ultimately your whole body!     What is Private Yoga Therapy?

    Yoga therapy is the application of yoga techniques and practices to help individuals achieve health and wellness at all levels: physical, psychological and spiritual. Yoga therapists are a part of your alternative health care team. You do not need to meet any requirement of fitness, age or health to start a yoga therapy program. We will tailor the tools that yoga offers to your specific needs, capabilities, goals and life circumstances. These tools include postures, breath regulation, meditative practices, visualizations, use of sound, and lifestyle changes.

    What does a typical Yoga Therapy Session look like?

    Before we have our first session, I will gather information either through a phone conversation or through a questionnaire to determine your specific needs and goals. Most sessions will begin by checking in with how you are feeling and how your yoga therapy practice has been going. The session will progress with breath work (prananyama), postures (asana), hand gestures (mudra), and relaxation and meditation techniques. From this you will be given a home practice, which will build as the sessions continue.

    Can I do Private Yoga Therapy Sessions Remotely?

    Yes! I can come to you in your home or office using a video conferencing service and the yoga therapy session will proceed as described above. With remote Private Yoga Therapy Sessions you will still get the benefits of a yoga practice targeted for your needs and goals accessible from wherever you are.
